Cappeller SpA SB has adopted an ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) approach to ensure a sustainable and responsible future in its operations. ESG factors focus on three key areas: the environment, through a commitment to reducing ecological impact by using resources efficiently and tackling climate change; social aspects, with attention to human rights, working conditions, and community relations; and governance practices, which ensure transparency, ethics, and compliance with regulations. This approach aligns with the United Nations’ global goals and European regulations aimed at promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
Environmental
Responsibility(Environmental)
Cappeller SpA SB is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its operations through sustainable practices, the adoption of low-impact technologies, and efficient management of natural resources. Efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (carbon footprint) have allowed us to achieve in three years the goal that was initially planned for five: over 80% of the equivalent CO2 emissions have been eliminated. In addition to actions already undertaken, such as replacing windows and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions through supplementary climate protection projects in partnership with Konica Minolta, a new 9,000 kWh photovoltaic system has been installed. This further reduces our carbon footprint and generates clean energy.
