Cappeller SpA SB has adopted an ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) approach to ensure a sustainable and responsible future in its operations. ESG factors focus on three key areas: the environment, through a commitment to reducing ecological impact by using resources efficiently and tackling climate change; social aspects, with attention to human rights, working conditions, and community relations; and governance practices, which ensure transparency, ethics, and compliance with regulations. This approach aligns with the United Nations’ global goals and European regulations aimed at promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

Cappeller S.p.A. SB is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its operations through sustainable practices, the adoption of low-impact technologies, and the efficient management of natural resources. The commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions (carbon footprint) has made it possible to achieve in three years the target initially planned for five: the amount of CO₂ equivalent emitted has been reduced by over 80%. In addition to the actions already undertaken — such as replacing windows and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions through additional climate protection projects in partnership with Konica Minolta — a new 9,000 kWh photovoltaic system has been installed. This makes it possible to further reduce the carbon footprint and generate clean energy.
