EU REGULATION 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

This page explains how and which personal data may be collected and stored by Cappeller S.p.A. SB through the website www.cappeller.it, specifically regarding information voluntarily provided by the user via email, telephone, or through social media interactions.

a) The rectification or deletion of inaccurate personal data
b) The erasure, anonymization, or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data processed for purposes not aligned with the original intent
c) Written confirmation that the changes described in points (a) and (b) have been communicated to third parties to whom the data was previously disclosed, unless this proves impossible

4. Object, in whole or in part:
a) To the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons
b) To the processing of personal data for direct marketing, profiling, commercial communication, or market research purposes

How data is stored
