Torsion springs, coils, and connections
Our torsion springs, coils, and connections are made from wire ranging from Ø0.2 to Ø4.0 mm or rectangular sections, allowing us to meet specific requirements and custom designs. Thanks to state-of-the-art machinery such as WAFIOS CNC multi-axis machines with advanced programming, we ensure precision in manufacturing, using integrated modules for cutting, chamfering, threading, and welding. With these machines, every project takes shape with accuracy, efficiency, and speed.
Compression and tension springs
We design and manufacture compression springs from wire Ø0.1 to Ø14 mm and tension springs from Ø0.2 to Ø4.00 mm. Using top production technologies like SHINKO and SIMPLEX, we achieve maximum performance with particular attention to dimensional tolerances and mechanical strength. The department is completed by grinding systems, both manual and automatic, and shot peening processes, offering a wide, comprehensive production that meets every requirement.
