MANY STRENGTHS, ONE GREAT TEAM: THE PROTO TEAM
PROTO DIVISION
Where ideas take shape with precision, speed, and expertise.
It is the department dedicated to rapid development and experimentation: a highly equipped environment where every detail is monitored and each project is approached with method, experience, and passion. A young and motivated team with over 20 years of technical know-how works side by side with clients, even in the most complex challenges. From design to co-design, from prototyping to validation, we apply cross-disciplinary expertise in materials, technologies, and production processes.
Constantly evolving, we invest in training and advanced machinery to ensure fast, precise, and industrializable results.

Machine fleet and processes
The production department is equipped with four 25-ton press brakes and a vertical radial bending machine for bushings. For assembly and riveting, we use two manual benches with hydraulic cylinders, while material cutting is performed with a 3 kW fiber laser—fast and precise.
The integrated workshop is equipped with all the necessary tools for prototype development, including an industrial oven for static heat treatments, a circular vibratory tumbler for deburring and finishing, and dedicated areas for welding and internal polishing. The equipment is completed by a bench welder (up to 84 kVA) and a stereolithography 3D printer capable of direct printing from customer files.
Testing and quality control
We perform static load tests and fatigue tests up to 20 Hz depending on the stroke. The quality control station includes an automatic profile projector with 100% selection of critical dimensions and customizable or standard Cappeller reports.
Design and analysis
Three 3D CAD workstations and one FEM (Finite Element Method) workstation support the development and preliminary analysis of components.
